I haven't but I will. I kind of was hoping my lawyer would do something but he said it would be about 2-3 months after the transfer date.

This is depressing to say the least.

So sorry to hear about this! It's been a couple days since I checked august's thread... After you got messed around on your noa2, they're still not done with you! I have some choice, non-family friendly words about that! I hope they get it sorted out soon!

just got approved.....am so happy....anyone knows how long does it take to get to NVC from texas service center

Two weeks to get to the NVC

Six weeks to a case number.

After the glimmer of relief ... is the wait...
