Festamati reaLly??? Well at least your case is been touched I have a month waiting and my case hasn't been touch since feb 21st :-( soMeone said to make a info pass but I don't know what to do is so saD to see other people approved !!!!

HELP!

i received a rfe req docs showing a bona fide marriage.. we got married in Honduras in july 2012, i had our daughter in July 2011, i sent the birth certificate. since my husband is in Honduras, nothing here has his name on it. I put money on his phone by Claro, i used to get a confirmation by text but they no longer do that. I printed my plane trips from my acct at Delta to show i have flown there. But I'm not sure what else to send.. any suggestions.

3/7/14: Email that case number and IIN assigned, DS 261 and AOS fee available to pay

3/14/14: JUST seen the email because I wasn't expecting it so soon. Paid AOS FEE & filed ds 261

3/21/14: AOS paid, cover sheet printed

4/28/14: AOS sent

4/28/14: IV paid

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol

I have sent marriage cert, our babies birth cert. i have a ton of pics and im getting statements from family..

then you should be fine :) but dont send TOOO many pics...about 6 will do. They don't take kindly when you inundate them with extra stuff. :content:

I don't get it I am a hard working citizen my marriage is legitimate I have never done anything wrong I sent evidence I don't get it :(

Have you contacted your Sentator's or Representive's office? have you talked to the tier-2 reps at USCIS regarding your re-transfer, they should give you some info.
