What happened to your case man? Did you find out more, it was really horrible to see that they screwed up so bad. Any words? Are you in contact with your senator's office to help. If you find the right liason they can help. Keep after them...

Oh ok, hope they find out what's going on and get it fixed soon.

You should also make sure that they expedite your case due to their screw up. You might be able to skip NVC all together if you get an expedite. Directly present all the documents at the consulate in that case.

I finished all of my submissions, now waiting for them to review it and complete the case. I am not sure if I'll be going.

same as you here ...i got RFE on 4 March and they received RFE on 14 March and nothing happen at all...PD 20 august start feel so bad and unlucky now ...it was a simple RFE ....i hope we get something today or like always ...we hope this week and at last many approvals and no 1 for us .... :sleepy::sleepy:

anyone with RFE got approved today??? I don't get why it does long time to approve. Its been a month since I got my RFE and I have not heard anything.

Right now im scanning AAAAALLLLLLLL these stupid documents into my computer to send to the attorney in DR. I see so many screwing up their 864s, so im scared to do it myself. Just something else to take more time. But we're still waiting for him to come up with the $230 anyway. And I also will probably be induced on Monday...so i need this all done and out of the way before I give birth! Theres just soooo much to scan :ranting:

I need to go read Saylins posts to see exactly what i need so i don't sit here and scan a million things that i don't need. :bonk:

So everyone...happy Monday....good luck starting this new week with approvals and transfers etc!! And I dont think they'll have a snow day up there...doesnt seem to look like its going to be much of a storm.

I-130 RECEIVED: 8/2/13

I-129f RECEIVED: 8/21/13

I-130 & I-129f: TRANSFERRED TO CSC 2/7/14

I-130 & I-129f: APPROVED 2/20/14

NVC:

3/4/14: NVC Case Received

3/7/14: Email that case number and IIN assigned, DS 261 and AOS fee available to pay

3/14/14: JUST seen the email because I wasn't expecting it so soon. Paid AOS FEE & filed ds 261

3/21/14: AOS paid, cover sheet printed

4/28/14: AOS sent

4/28/14: IV paid

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol
