Called NVC today at 07:03am.. on hold for 8mins.. they received our file on Feb 28th.. and to wait 30 working days for case file number..

And now back to what I have done for almost 7 months... waiting!

Did you get any email from uscis about your case shipment?

How about your case status for I-130 as of right now? What does it says?

Service center : National service center.

Consulate : Mumbai, India.

07-14-2013: Marriage

08-12-2013: I-130 PD

11-04-2013: I-129F PD

02-21-2014: NOA2 for I-130( I-129F closed)

03-11-2014: NVC received case

03-19-2014: NVC sent case back to USCIS

04-07-2014: USCIS got the case

sent case back to NVC again :P

4/11/2014: NVC case number assigned.

4/21/2014: AOS and IV fees Paid.

4/24/2014: DS-260 submitted.

5/01/2014: AOS packet scanned

5/01/2014: IV packet scanned

5/21/2014: case completed. Woooowwww

6/26/2014: Medical Day

7/13/2014: Biometrics day

07/14/2014: Interview date ( First Anniversary) (L)(L)(L)

Whose ready for another week of anticipating ?

It really sicks to be end of the month PD....USCIS is like a bad boyfriend who won't call, or text, or email. Ever. So tired of checking my phone. ClockWatch2.gif

@ Jamie_and_izzy.. My RFE was they wanted another copy of my marriage license that showed the town/parish we were married in (my copy either got cut off or lost am sure) I sent it last week and they received it in one day now I'm still waiting.. Says somethin like "response review"... I took a break from the forum after my RFE bc it was so depressing watching every1 else get approved BUT our time will soon come.

NVC got my case.........May 2nd

Case Number & INN.....May 27th

DS261 Completed.......June 4th

IV pack resent.............July 18th (we sent it one week after aos pack but mail retorned to my husband office)

On March 10, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN etc

Anybody knows what this means?

1) RFE

2) may be you ll get approval soon.

3) or may be nothing.. ( many people got this status a month before and still no news from UScIS.

I got this message last August, when my file about 3 months. But nothing changes still today, almost 10 months. Someone got this message and then they had approval within few hours or few days. No idea about what USCIS does

Dec 12, 2013: Transfer notice (Nebraska SC)

Dec 16, 2013: NSC Received(Last Update Date)

Mar 3, 2014:(call to talk to Tier 2)service request created

Mar 12, 2014 : Received email from NSC, case pending under background check clearance

Mar 27, 2014 : Name updated relating to I-130(I never change my name)

Mar 28, 2014 : NOA2(Text/email)

Mar 31, 2014 : NOA2 Hard copy received

April 1, 2014 : Case shipped to NVC

April 11, 2014 : Case received

May 3, 2014 : Got Case number/IIN

May 8, 2014 : DS-261 Completed
