Question:

Maybe I have a contract of employment with an high-tech company, there is any way to expedite the process from this point (waiting for NOA2)?

BTW, September started to get approvals, and August still waiting... :(

Majority of north Africans are Arabs only a few are Berbers but that doesnt say anything all the Berbers i know are very religious ... Anyways i'm sure they don't look at at your skin or Religion to send an RFE ! an i do understand the Extra backround check for high risk countries .

RFEs are easy do deal with just takes a bit more time.

Hey guys how is everyone today?

So i have been thinking remember how my congressmen had emailed me back and said if I do not get anything by march I should get in contact with her? Well at the looks of it things for texas transfers are plain and simply on a stump. Should I email her say the 15th if I dont hear anything? What do you guys think? I am at a stump right now ;(

You're more patient than I am! If someone told me "email if you don't hear by March," I'd have emailed march first! The 15th sounds very reasonable!

Is your timeline updated?

Seems like my partner and I are the only few left with transfer date Feb 3rd who still haven't been approved or sent an RFE!

I have a question. A few weeks ago our I 129f said our alien registration number was changed, I really thought this meant we would get good news soon.

But still no news. What do you guys think is happening? Why did they change the alien registration number? Do you think they'll take us down the K3 path?
