yeah my status change from alien registration number to RFE ....i got transfer by email in 18 Feb and hard copy in 19 February said in CSC ...and change to Alien number on 25 Feb....and today i got the RFE.....they told my wife now wait the email what they will ask for sooo worried a lot now

Did your status changed from Alien Registration Number changes to Request for further evidence? When were you transferred to CSC and when did you receive this update?

My status is still sitting on ARN # Change. You should be happy that atleast they are looking after your file. RFE requests are usually very simple. You should be approved once you submit the this RFE.

Best of Luck!!

You dont have to worry about RFE, its not a big deal. They will probably ask for something you might have already submitted or missed. You or your wife can contact USCIS Tier 2 and ask them what they asked for in RFE?

I think you should not stress. Sometimes RFE could be as simple as missing a doc or if you filled out something incorrectly. You should get a letter this week in the mail. The brighter side of this is they are already working on your file.

That's True, you should not Stress on this. Just wait for the letter and please let us know what they have asked for. As long as you have all the documentation and proof of relationship, its just the matter of time. Be patient and you should have your approval in next 3 weeks once RFE is submited

My case status has been initial review and says it's been transferred since 2/13. I'm curious if it was even transferred to csc. Atleast an RFE means they've reviewd the file. Any suggestions guys?

Did you receive Hard copy in mail stating that it has been transferred to CSC?
