I finally got the hard copy, I was transferred to CSC on the 24th. I guess they're rather quick there with approvals, right?

09/03/2013 NOA1 in mail (PD 08/30 NBC) 04/18/2014 Case # and INN assigned

10/07/2013 A-Number was changed 04/21/2014 DS-261 submitted

02/24/2014 Transfer to CSC 04/28/2014 AOS & IV bill invoiced and paid

03/06/2014 I-130 approved! NOA2 04/30/2014 AOS & IV show 'paid'

04/30/2014 DS-260 submitted

05/01/2014 IV packet sent

Our priority date is Aug. 30, 2013. On Feb. 25th we were transerred to California Service Center. Does anybody know how fast they approving petitions after the transfer date?. Ive seen a couple of people here get approved within 2 weeks of getting transferred. And if anybody has the same priority date or around the same date as mine let me know.... Good luck !

Congrats...when did you find out? I am waiting for mine and I can't take it anymore!

i decided to check their website this morning .....even though i signed up for email alerts , they did not send me a email or a text

I got transferred the 18th if it matters

Marriage termination: The divorce decree submitted does not show evidence of being signed by a judge or magistrate, or recorded.

So the RFE is about my husbands decree of Divorce not signed by judge ,so my husband just called Wyoming and they said it is signed just our copy was not ...But the signed copy should arrive in a week or so.

I'm glad the RFE was not for something stupid and was solved fast :D

Right after my husband got the letter he called and ordered a signed one they said they would do it for Free hmm cause it was their mistake maybe ? so it should arrive on Monday i hope.

Should we send in an updates i130 as well? we noticed that we left couples of questions Blank :o i sure do not want to get another RFE :S
