Seems like they are distributing on a case LOAD basis probably a GOOD sign for things to continue to move along.. Hoping end is near.

Or it could be a very bad sign.

The I-130 checks I believe are just on the petitioner. I'm also under the impression the police certificate for UK is ordered through ACPO.

Nope.

I-130 checks BOTH the beneficiary and the petitioner.

NVC checks them both too.

USCON onwards everything is beneficiary

The more I learn about this process the less I know lol

I just requested to join the facebook group!

I think the reason I find the NVC group confusing is that there are so many different procedures by country and all the links need to be updated with the new info/forms so that is confusing as well!

Posted

Or it could be a very bad sign.

Nope.

I-130 checks BOTH the beneficiary and the petitioner.

NVC checks them both too.

USCON onwards everything is beneficiary

So does USCIS check my criminal history also? So…. USCIS checks, then NVC, then I have to get a police certificate…… anyone else think this is just to make extra £££££
