My husband called to uscis today and they said to him my case is now in Misouri, is it wrong? I thought my case was there, I think my husband understood a different thing.......and today I got this:

On February 26, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

I really hope that my case is transfered to CSC because I saw one september case that was sent to Nebraska :/

teh Customer service operators have no clue.

Usually a tier 2 could tell you where your application is being transferred to, but most likely you'll have to wait for the hard copy.

It is either going to be California (if you are lucky), Texas or Nebraska (if your luck sucks).

I wish you good luck!

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1

Thanks Lisa, I was seeing your timeline so I can have a little hope plus some girls in a latin foro told me that I should see your timeline because you had a k3 petition too, you are famous in the latin foros too biggrin.png

hahaha..for one thing there's always hope chica! lol

I had no clue I was famous, never been in that forum... i'll have to check it out lol

What kind of evidence have you been gathering up?

My i130 has not been approved yet but I am trying to gather some of the stuff needed too in hope that needed documents don't hold me back

I have birth certificates, marriage certificate , my tax transcripts , what else ?

I haven't, that's why I asked if there was a list anywhere..but I already sent all those things with my 130...my bc and mc etc...I obviously have and will have brought them if needed if I end up going to the interview....but I do still need my tax papers and stuff for the AOS ...however I don't think I am eligible unfortunately ugh..so frustrating

Oh my God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was transfered!!!!!!! Just finished to talk with my husband and I see my case and boom....... Thanks God!

On February 25, 2014, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office

congrats!!!!

no sir, no update since the transfer

don't fret...my approval took 13 days after my transfer..and Im sure mines not the longest..hang in there...easier said than done but that's why we're all here :)

Some September filers were sent to Nebraska! sad.png

I am sure it will still be quick….

On 02/20, I was told by an immigration case worker at my congressman's office that TSC and CSC are at capacity and my (upcoming) transfer will most likely go to Nebraska SC. I have been transferred since we had that convo, but am still waiting on the NOA2 hard copy to find out where. Let's choose to stay positive; hopefully USCIS is tired of cleaning the spider webs off our files.....since they just had them dusted off... ClockWatch2.gif

What exactly they mean by at capacity? I am assuming they are maxed out & can't accept any more transfers? That doesn't seem to jive as transfers that took place on Feb 24 went to CSC.

I understood that those SCs are maxed out and Nebraska will again begin to receive transfers to even out the load. I was also told to expect 60 days for an NOA2 post transfer, but we all see approvals come much sooner. Just wanted to share what I heard from someone who supposedly has better access to information than laypeople like us.

Understood and thank you! I am sure USCIS has more visibility into which SCs are maxed out which ones are not? In any case, you information seems to be correct. My file was routed to NSC yesterday (not what I had hoped for but is out of my hands). I am surprised that your congressman contact didn't tell you that NSC was maxed out as well?

which center did you get your approval from? did you get a transfer notice yet? I am guessing it would be CSC based on the speed, let us know for the spreadsheet.

CSC is pretty good about shipping them in a timely manner, NVC tells everyone 8 weeks but the worst I've seen is maybe a month. CSC should be more in the neighborhood of a couple of weeks. Good luck!

Just noticed your info on the sidebar here says Ansonia! I have a friend who grew up there. You'll definitely get a break from the heat in New England... most of the time :)

I am not going to even bother calling and checking what service center my petition transferred to, will just wait for the hard copy. If it is CSC or TSC good, NSC who knows. It was CSC 2 weeks back, last week was all TSC it seems, NSC this week? I just want an approval asap!

He would be the best proof...but I have PLENTY of Ultrasound pics! hahahagood.gif

I also have about 5 doctors telling me I can't fly and they will write ANY letter I need to say so. no0pb.gif Way too high risk before birth...and like I said, after it will take weeks for the passport...whole thing is just annoying.

Ansonia, CT?????? You seriously know someone from my little tiny town? That's SOOOO crazy....Ansonia, CT population like 500. No im joking, but honestly, very small town. I grew up here also. And by the time they schedule an interview it'll be warm here and even HOTTER THERE...oh that place...AND THE MOSQUITOS....have mercy! headbonk.gif
