i got this ...

On February 25, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

my wife she is US citizen naturalized so we are worried now ...it mean a bad thing or no ....or maybe we will get a FRE ....or approval soon ...if any 1 got the same just let me know what he did or more waiting for NOA2 ????oops8rh.gifoops8rh.gifClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gif

Dont Sweat it. Its jus an update of ur case n it means ur approval is somewhere around the corner.Good Luck!!!! :) :)

They have already transferred people through mid-September, but some of the August filers still did not hear anything for more than three weeks now... So unjust... :(

Thank you again, Nastechka. I am hoping and praying that all of us August filers will have this part of our journey finish before February is done. Am I correct in thinking that we may leave the USCIS behind and deal with only the NVC and State Department from here on? Let's hope so. You will have your approval this week, I know it. I am a little partial to Belarus, wink.png but I pray for everyone in our group to advance to the NVC stage ASAP. I can tell you as a USC...that there is nothing sweeter than hearing your spouse's joy at such good news. Please, everyone, don't be discouraged. It is coming very soon.

My husband called to uscis today and they said to him my case is now in Misouri, is it wrong? I thought my case was there, I think my husband understood a different thing.......and today I got this:

On February 26, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

I really hope that my case is transfered to CSC because I saw one september case that was sent to Nebraska :/

NOA1...........................August 30th, 2013

NOA2...........................April 15th, 2014

uscis sent my case......April 21th

NVC got my case.........May 2nd
