Time..??

Because I expedite my case and I am waiting for their Reply.

It takes time to review an application for expeditious processing. Time that would normally be used for processing applications. If you know you don't meet the criteria then don't request it. Edited by grapier

Not necessarily your case, but those behind you. I am saying it takes man hours to process the expedite request. These hours are taken from those that could have been used to simply process applications.

Dear.....

The rate of processing the case is inversely proportional to the pending cases at particular office.

When feb files were transferred the wait time between transfer and NOA2 was 20 days ....

for march it became 30 days....

April it became 2 months....

Now i think you need to revise your calculations

Only way yr maths will stay fine if NBC Overland Park starts adjudicating the cases
