folks, if you need help with the spreadsheet, just ask us, please dont put manual spaces and change formulas, otherwise things wont report properly...

Soo my RFE.... They want a copy of my marriage license... Maybe I should just go get a certified copy when I go to jamaica next week at the registrars office... Suggestions ?

NOA2...........................April 15th, 2014

uscis sent my case......April 21th

NVC got my case.........May 2nd

Case Number & INN.....May 27th

DS261 Completed.......June 4th

AOS fee paid.............. June 5th

AOS pack sent............June7th

AOS pack scanned.....June13th

IV pack resent.............July 18th (we sent it one week after aos pack but mail retorned to my husband office)

IV pack scanned.........July 21th

IV fee paid...................July 23th

DS260 Completed.......July 24th

AOS checklist..............July 25th

Checklist correction....July 26th

Checklist scan............July 31th

2nd Checklist and Ds260 accepted...September 12th

2nd Checklist correction.....................September 15th

I am very fortunate that my work is allowing me to work from home in India. I will be there for almost 2 months.

But the main reason that I am going is our 1st wedding anniversary is on the 17th of May!!! We are going to take a holiday for 10 days to Krabi and Bangkok.

I already told my boss that my ticket is booked to return to CLE on 16th June but if hubby gets an interview scheduled at all for June I am staying. It is wishful thinking that we will interview in June but it might happen?!

Our interview will be Mumbai though, and they do NOT allow spouses to attend. But still I would like to be there to travel from Bangalore to Mumbai and support him!

Oh My Goodness!! So much movement today already!

YAY YAY August! 5 more to go! I hope our luck continues through approvals and into the NVC!

yes i called nvc today and they said my file was received on the 21st but to allow 20-30business days to register my case in the computer system and generate a case number

Did you status change on the USCIS website as "shipped"

What the friggin heck ?

We were approved Feb 5th at cali

still waiting :(
