Thanks so much! I'm really happy to hear that news!

I may have been transferred on the 10th, but if I was, I wasn't aware of it, haha. I'm not sure where that date would have come from. I don't know if anyone else would have been able to check my case, but I don't think so.

Like I said, I never got an email, and I'm not sure how many days the website has been changed. I try to not check it too often to get it off my mind.

Either way, you are the bearer of very good news for me, Deep! Thanks

By the way Why you are going India in April?

I was thinking to go India on my wife interview date and than come in USA with her.

I am very fortunate that my work is allowing me to work from home in India. I will be there for almost 2 months.

But the main reason that I am going is our 1st wedding anniversary is on the 17th of May!!! We are going to take a holiday for 10 days to Krabi and Bangkok.

I already told my boss that my ticket is booked to return to CLE on 16th June but if hubby gets an interview scheduled at all for June I am staying. It is wishful thinking that we will interview in June but it might happen?!

Our interview will be Mumbai though, and they do NOT allow spouses to attend. But still I would like to be there to travel from Bangalore to Mumbai and support him!

Oh My Goodness!! So much movement today already!

YAY YAY August! 5 more to go! I hope our luck continues through approvals and into the NVC!

Just got my paper transfer notice, California Service Center.

Congratulations!

I was the first "non expedite" to be approved from August filers. I was not very happy, because I was the only one approved for many days.

Now I am glad to see everybody else happier, been transferred and approved much quicker.

30 May 2014: Called NVC spoke with supervisor. The supervisor could not open the 2013 Transcripts we've sent in our AOS package on April21, because it was downloaded from IRS site. He said it was password protected.

We scanned the transcript and sent it to the supervisor at nvcinquiry@state.gov.

The supervisor was kind enough to wait on the phone and confirm that he has received our email with scanned transcripts attachments.

Supervisor asked another 3 weeks to review our cases.

01 Jun 2014: We sent 2 separate emails (one case # for each parent ) "Response to Checklist" to nvcelectronic@state.gov complete with all the attachments scanned into pdf.

04 Jun 2014 : Case Complete for both parents! ?

25 Jun 2014 : Medical done

22 Jul 2014 : Montreal interview. Approved! ?

09Sep2014 : Entry at Niagara-Buffalo Peace Bridge Officer also requested Green Card and SSN. We have received the Green Cards but we never received SIN. We requested the SIN cards again in November at Local Office and receiver the cards in one week.
