What I think it is -- everytime someone TOUCHES the file they scan it-- and when they scan it it generates an emal / text--

The SAD thing is that for just over 6 months I never got a scan - nobody even looked at it. BUt that is all behind us now-- as they say its all down hill from here.. just need to get all our qualifications and stipulations in order for their approval..!!

I just checked mine also and it said system error :( I was sort of hoping for a quick approval from TSCwink.png

I got the same exact message today too- and it was my third one too. first was on the 18th then again on the 19th and now this on the 21st-- I saw the other response and I BELIEVE that the hard copy is on its way

Same for me!, I wonder if we all got transferred on the same lorry lol!. From what I understand it means it has arrived at the allocated centre (as someone has had to scan it in)...... It is, hopefully, about to be adjudicated....
