omg I knew it...I just knew it!!!! I swear I was like holding my breath for you and now breathing! phew!!!! Soooo.....are we all done from the august thread or no???

soon mami...mine took I think 8 days or 9...idk..somewhere around there lol

I can't breath this morning. I left from job early coz I was sad.

Than got text and email at 6.00PM.

I think everything clear with August month.

Just my case was unique and complicated.

I think all remaining August cases will get approve soon. before end of march.

You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I got the same status as 3rd update. received the hard copy in a couple of business days. So Your hard copy is on the way.

3/7/14: Email that case number and IIN assigned, DS 261 and AOS fee available to pay

3/14/14: JUST seen the email because I wasn't expecting it so soon. Paid AOS FEE & filed ds 261

3/21/14: AOS paid, cover sheet printed

4/28/14: AOS sent

4/28/14: IV paid

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol

I read and got confused too.

But I think we should wait 2 weeks than start calling NVC..

I have nice attorney so I will help you out with everything.

How did you find out ? I wana know loosing it here

Call Monday and talk with tier 2..

Ask them you want to know where you case was transferred.

What I think it is -- everytime someone TOUCHES the file they scan it-- and when they scan it it generates an emal / text--

The SAD thing is that for just over 6 months I never got a scan - nobody even looked at it. BUt that is all behind us now-- as they say its all down hill from here.. just need to get all our qualifications and stipulations in order for their approval..!!

It's not 11 PM EST yet, there's still hope!! lol!!

Maybe you are right because I cannot see my case on uscis website, it says there is an error, can you see your case? maybe they are working and we will have good news soon :P
