I got that same one I think it just means that it's arrived at the service centre it was transferred to....

Just an educated guess...

Wow! That is wonderful! I've been secretly following you on here. Lol and I'm a Sept filer but I just wanted to say congrats. :) I swear all these Aug approvals make me all fuzzy inside. Ok I'll go back to my lane... ;) God willing USCIS won't slow down and keep it coming into Sept!!!

Congrats just got my third email about transfer now I can complain about waiting for an approval ahhaha

5/5/14: IV submitted
