What the hack..

They terminated my 129f..

I need help guys..

Whats this lines mean?

On February 21, 2014, your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was terminated because you acquired status or the benefit being sought through other means. No further action will be taken on this case.

. I think it means they are prob working on your i130 and that the i129f is not needed ...if I were you,I would call the uscis and ask

That's correct. He should bring photocopies of everything you've submitted as a precaution, but he doesn't need to bring originals to the interview as they will have been forwarded from NVC. The originals are returned to the applicant/beneficiary after the interview.

K3 usually gets terminated at NVC rather than USCIS stage -- they're just not issuing them anymore -- but it's unlikely you have anything to panic over. Call USCIS and confirm that your I-130 is still in process.

. I see :) thank you ! I wanted to make sure he didn't have to have originals too..so just send him copies in case , and the originals he will receive after the interview

They have the authority to close your case if they already conferred a benefit on you.

My guess is that your i-130 MAY have actually already been approved.

It probably just hasn't been entered into the system just yet.

That is literally all it is.

But if I had to guess, you should be all clear by Mar 10th (latest).

If I had to guess and make a good educated guess, I am going to predict that you will likely get approved on mar 5

Question I'm hoping someone here might be able to answer.

With my I-130 application I also submitted a significant amount of supporting evidence (bank statement, marriage certificate, passport copies, affidavits, etc). Does anyone know if when my application gets approved, do all those documents will go with it to NVC or will I need to resubmit them all again? I was trying to be efficient and have a complete as possible package from the outset submitting things that were only required at the NVC stage with the I-130.
