In Russia, the interview attends to your wife.

#jusSayin

They are following no known pattern smile.png

But if I had to guess, you should be all clear by Mar 10th (latest).

If I had to guess and make a good educated guess, I am going to predict that you will likely get approved on mar 5

LOL love it!

Guys I hve a questions regarding original documents and interviews

I have the original documents with translations here with me in the U.S. and my husband has only copies

now, I was just told that they will ask him for originals (overseas) when he goes for his interview.... so what I don't get is how am I supposed to have originals with translations and he also have originals with translations? there should only be one original right?

will I need mine (I have not gotten my NOA 2 yet? Or do I mail the originals too him ? (it will take about a months prob to arrive)

Your original documents get sent to NVC in the immigrant visa application packet, and NVC will forward those documents to the embassy for the interview.

so he doesn't need to have them since I will have already sent them with the IV packet in the U.S.?

do they return them back to him? or they mail them back to me ?

when he get approved in embassy nchalah they will back all papers with passport and he will give them to officer in airport in first US entry

so he doesn't need to have them since I will have already sent them with the IV packet in the U.S.?

do they return them back to him? or they mail them back to me ?

That's correct. He should bring photocopies of everything you've submitted as a precaution, but he doesn't need to bring originals to the interview as they will have been forwarded from NVC. The originals are returned to the applicant/beneficiary after the interview.

K3 usually gets terminated at NVC rather than USCIS stage -- they're just not issuing them anymore -- but it's unlikely you have anything to panic over. Call USCIS and confirm that your I-130 is still in process.
