Texas seems to be quick also looking at the transfer sheet!

My case was transferred on 2/7 to TSC, but still waiting eagerly for the approval !!!

Does it say when you put your case in that you have been transferred? Usually it is updated at the same time, I would not be suprised if your transfer has happened/or is happening today.

DR is high risk too...ugh...and I didn't get my approval yet..sooo worried...I had no clue India was high risk

Agreed...I got ONE text and THREE emails....lol...no rhyme or reason! I think that's the uscis motto smile.png

I am triple checking my paperwork trying to NOT waste anytime,and I have some questions....

Sometimes I think I got everything I need and sometimes I second guess myself.

I am just transferred but hoping for an NOA2 soon at which time my paperwork will be sent to the NVC... I have all originals here with me (in USA) when I go to the interview will I need my originals? what is a "CERtiFiED" copy? when I send my paperwork to the NVC do I send my ONLY original with the understanding that they will forward to the embassy for my interview? I have police reports but they are expired now do I need the police reports for the NVC or will they approve it with espired co[ies and I can bring updated to the interview. I KNOW these are questions for the NVC forum but I am asking these question in anticipation.... any input??

So i called USCIS to speak to a tier 2 and ask if they can tell me the date my case shipped out. Tier 2 says that they will not have that info in the computer and no one will know anything until NVC receives the case!

These people are either seriously DUMB or just liars!!

I just googled it for you and it seems that yes...it is a high fraud country :( sometimes it doesn't really make a difference tho..I wouldn't worry too much if you have no red flags

I-129f RECEIVED: 8/21/13

I-130 & I-129f: TRANSFERRED TO CSC 2/7/14

I-130 & I-129f: APPROVED 2/20/14

NVC:

3/4/14: NVC Case Received

3/7/14: Email that case number and IIN assigned, DS 261 and AOS fee available to pay

3/14/14: JUST seen the email because I wasn't expecting it so soon. Paid AOS FEE & filed ds 261

3/21/14: AOS paid, cover sheet printed

4/28/14: AOS sent

4/28/14: IV paid

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol
