Aditya - sorry don't mean to be personal but are you saying you got divorced and remarried to the same person or are you referring to someone else?

Yes. I divorced and remarried the same person who had filed a i-130 for me before.

I was referring to my wife.

I was transferred at exactly 188 days

that's one month + one week right ?

Who said that? a Tier 2? I spoke to one last night and he didn't know (so he says), he also said my file was at NBC, and then I told him (again!) that I already had the transfer e-mail, he said oh probably California....

is there a reason why they saying i got transfered to lee summit?

when i called they told me so much WRONG info....first they told me i was transferred to lee summit then they said i was transferred to local cleveland office then they said they couldn't tell me since the transfer info wasn't in the computer system......

finally the paper copy confirmed i was sent to CSC....just ignore their misinformation!

i figured because it was the automated system and when i go to customer service they were off. I got the second email like everyone does i hope it goes by quickly I am missing my husband so much...we should all have a visajourney reunion lol when our family gets to the states

In my particular case, my husband and I had been together for 5 years before getting married and my parents were originally born in Portugal, which is where he resides with his family. We have no previous marriages or kids and he has never over stayed his Visa as well. I am not sure if any of this makes a difference. But I too was in shock to learn that it was approved so quickly.

I hope that approvals for those that were transferred earlier than me are coming soon because it is such torture to just wait. And also that those with a PD later in the month are transferred before this month ends.

I petitioned for my wife's I -130 on 8/19/13. I need anyone's advice on expected wait times.

Has your file been transferred yet? Check on the USCIS website if you have not already done so. If you've been transferred, the likelihood is that you'll be approved pretty soon, since most of the August transfers seem to be getting approved within a month of transfers.
