members reported getting approvals message all day long, no specific time! not like the transfers!!!!

The CSC seems to be holding of sending out approvals until the end of the day. TSC and NSC are reporting as they get approved. At least this is what we have seen.

Do they have approval days too ? like Transfer days? i try to keep myself distracted and it is not working lol, I got most of my paper work ready for the NVC just waiting for the NOA2 so i can get them translated since some are valid just for 3 months,so i went to buy chocolate and gifts for hubby and family and i lose the one plastic bag with the chocolates ..., i roasted peanuts to make peanut butter burned two batches so far... ,instead of doing something useful i`m here on VJ ...ARRGHH ! <<< Losing it .

No, it's happening every day. Remember a standard application only takes about 15 minutes to adjudicate! They should be doing about 1300/day if they get back to their rate when they were receiving I-130s directly.

It takes 1.5 months for the magical elves at NVC to give you a CASE NUMBER and a INVOICE ID ( I promise to not use any more fairy tale references )

You could be done sooner.

YOU are supposed to start calling two times a week after TWO WEEKS after your approval.

Proactive is the keyword with them.

you know darn well you will use "elves" again...im waiting for it..and calling you on it! hahahahahah

Guys, I have a question... I was talking with a girl in a latin foro and she told me that If I get my I129f and I130 approvals in the same time I can call to uscis and say that I want to continous with the I129f (K3) is it true? because I read that it is not possible.... help!

USCIS only sends both approved petitions to the NVC.

They will not close it for you unless you yank it (which I hope you don't do).

The NVC will close the i129F because the K3 is obsolete.

The i-130 will live.

The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. This is the 2nd email.

Please I need some help, my lawyer says and I am quoting as follow:

The notice that came today says that they are transferring the file to the local office, rather than to one of the other Service Centers. Unfortunately that means that the transfer might not result an adjudication as quickly as we had hoped. We will have to give it a bit more time and see. My question in your experience is it true?

Your lawyer told you this?, you should think about firing your lawyer!

Any others on this forum get a different message when they were transferred?
