You may have confused the initial I-130 stage at USCIS, and the 2nd stage at NVC. Or at least I'm having trouble following what you're now asking.

When you asked about petitioner's birth certificate... did you mean for the I-130? or for the next stage at NVC?

And when you ask about the DS260 or DS230, that is for the NVC stage and you must do the DS260. The DS230 is now obsolete/old.

Please let us know if you have more questions that we can clarify.

I'm assuming that you already submitted translations of whatever documents you had to send with your I-130... Otherwise, you'll probably get an RFE from uscis. Once you get to the embassy stage, you'll probably see on their website if you need translations. Some embassies require them, some don't. Maybe you could ask in your own national portal.

I got our transfer notice in the mail this morning.......and we got TSC. How are the approvals for that center anyone know??

No facts, BUT from what I have read here at VJ, the TSC seems to have less of a work load than CSC, You and I have the same PD, but you have not updated your timeline? I still have not received a transfer notice-- you got your formal letter pretty quick- WHEN I get my transfer notice I hope I get my letter that quick also. Correct me if I am wrong but NOW you are waiting for a CASE Number and your INVOICE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER -- that would be the next step for you yes or no? then after you have that information you can submit your AOS and pay the fee? correct?

The I-130 is not approved yet. It just has been transferred from NBC to TSC, still with USCIS.

TSC now will work on the application.

Once approved, then it will be transferred to NVC and then the case number etc etc..

ok, I understand that- I am correct in concluding from what I see that it is approximately 60 days AVERAGE from time of transfer to approval? and also if this is the case I think that SOME PEOPLE are updating their timelines with NOA2 when it is transferred? a NOA2 is when it moves from USCIS to NVC. yes or no?
