I understand you, I was not sleeping very well because I was thinking and thinking about all this process and I miss my husband too, I am tired of see him on skype and I cannot have a normal life with him, have lunchs and dinners and specially kiss him, it is so hard. my pd is 30th so we are in the same way sad.png

Its so hard because I always wonder did I do everything perfectly time mves fast just not fast enough

Lets hope i just miss him

Dont worry, the need to keep to this pace to bring down the average time, plus they have to get through/clear the petitions sent to NBC as there is now a backlog of petitions that were sent direct. I think/hope we will be lucky as August filers, so far seems so good

Lets pray for some transfers and approvals tonight!

Sometimes I think like you and I read and read all again only to recheck if everything is complete and perfect... we only need to keep positive :)

Transfer and approval time is based on observations. We assume that they do a bulk database update at the very end of the day, but just a guess.

Take a look at the transfer spreadsheet it's a great resource to see how the transfers are handled. They transfer based on PD consistently with a few outliers.

Thank you. This is the most active thread on VJ.smile.png

The process to include spouse is clear. Can someone please help on how to include stepson? Thanks in advance.

Yep, sorry forgot to mention that option. Saylin has a great info on the tax stuff under her FAQ.. Check it out guys, it's a great resource.

This was very helpful for me as well from the IRS instructions.
