Those of us who have gotten approvals, any idea how long its going to take to transfer to NVC? I was reading and it looks like a month to transfer then possibly a few more weeks to get a case number?

Kind of the reverse, most people are getting their cases received at NVC in a couple of weeks, and getting the case number from that point is taking a solid month. My NOA2 was Jan 7, received from CSC at NVC Jan 21, still no case number. Several people with Jan 13 receipt dates are still waiting for their case numbers too.

at this rate i am thinking i will def. have to get my 2013 taxes done asap so thati have have it ready for the AOS because it is not looking like i will get a case number before april 15th, (seeing as how i am dont even have NOA2 yet...)... #######... ...time to hustle and time to picket ... ... LMAO

which means i dont think thi swill be all said and done for quite some time until july at the earliest ... good news is when it does happen i have EP and everything will be pre-PDF'd and locked and loaded...

Hubby hasnt been home since Wednesday. Had to stay at work as emergency staff due to the snowstorm. He is going home tonight so hopefully he would find transfer hardcopy waiting for him.

Anxious to know where our petition was sent! Bad thing, I'll be asleep when he gets home because I have to be up at 5am... I hate my luck sometimes!

Does anyone know on average how many days worth of filers they transfer each day?

We roughly see 3-4 days worth of transfers on a typical day.

waiting_______, did they approve your 130 form or 129F? We have also applied for a K-3 visa, but I thought they kill 129F and deal only with 130. Isn't this the case? Congratulations anyway! This is super news!

Both of them got approved at the same time. The 129F gets terminated at the NVC by the state department. At USCIS they simply treat them as a single application and approve them together.

So I have not written in a while for a brief moment I was way toooooo obssesive my pd is the 29th and i want my transfer already I really wish there was a sign or something. Sometimes I get scared that it will prolong longer I am so worried I miss my husband this bites !

Dont worry, the need to keep to this pace to bring down the average time, plus they have to get through/clear the petitions sent to NBC as there is now a backlog of petitions that were sent direct. I think/hope we will be lucky as August filers, so far seems so good

I understand you, I was not sleeping very well because I was thinking and thinking about all this process and I miss my husband too, I am tired of see him on skype and I cannot have a normal life with him, have lunchs and dinners and specially kiss him, it is so hard. my pd is 30th so we are in the same way
