waiting_______, did they approve your 130 form or 129F? We have also applied for a K-3 visa, but I thought they kill 129F and deal only with 130. Isn't this the case?

Congratulations anyway! This is super news!

The three transfer notices are expected. Everybody gets them. It's a result of their internal procedures to get the applications shipped.

The key is the notice you'll get in the mail, this will tell you where you get transferred.

oohh ok....I know I've been reading where everyone was only getting 2 notices (emails, texts) but then I got the 3rd one and it was making me wonder. Thanks!

Best wishes everyone!! Here's to hoping and praying for more transfers and approvals....Have a great day!

YAY for more approvals and emails/text messages! Great news that August is moving along!

I also got 3 emails when my case was being transferred. then like a week later I got the NOA2 (online, still waiting for the hard copy).

Those of us who have gotten approvals, any idea how long its going to take to transfer to NVC? I was reading and it looks like a month to transfer then possibly a few more weeks to get a case number?
