Please be ready with all the documents required for NVC stage. If possible send them to your US counterparts so that he/she can be ready with the packets ready. Shoot the packets as soon as NVC tells you.

Speaking of NVC..

Has anybody looked in to I864 vs I864EZ. It would seem that some people should quality but I don't see it mentioned on any of the VJ threads or guides. Are 864EZ allowed for IR1/CR1, anybody planning to use this form?

Actually, they probably have an automated system that updates the case updates in batches per night.

I think they are clearing all feb 3rd transfer files. 3rd feb transfer filers can expect their noa2 anytime soon. They wont start approving the 6th feb and 10th feb transfers without finishing 3rd feb transfer files. May be i m wrong.

It Didn't look like their was any transfers last night, just approvals which is fantastic (Congrats everybody). Its so surreal that some have been approved while almost half the months has not even been transferred - GO AUGUST!

I wonder if Friday will be a transfer day?

Now lets hope they keep the speed up for a while so everybody gets moved and approved soon.

Hi there, so glad to find this forum! I filed my peition for my husband on August 13, 2013 and we received an email notification to say the case had been transferred to our local USCIS office on February 11th. Finally! Fingers crossed everyone gets approvals soon.
