02-21-2014: NOA2 for I-130( I-129F closed)

03-11-2014: NVC received case

03-19-2014: NVC sent case back to USCIS

04-07-2014: USCIS got the case

sent case back to NVC again :P

4/11/2014: NVC case number assigned.

4/21/2014: AOS and IV fees Paid.

4/24/2014: DS-260 submitted.

5/01/2014: AOS packet scanned

5/01/2014: IV packet scanned

5/21/2014: case completed. Woooowwww

6/26/2014: Medical Day

7/13/2014: Biometrics day

Yep...here goes the weirdness lol......

Last nights email:

On February 6, 2014, we transferred this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Today's email:

On February 7, 2014, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Oh...and my 130 says the same for both days also. Why do they even bother with the million emails lol Well..at least im going along as everyone else unlike before lol

Felicidades!!!! I was reading you and I feel so scared that my I129 makes that I dont have a transferred but now I have a lot hope :) Good luck and God bless you during the next steps :)

I am reading all the posts here and I want to congratulate all of you for transfers and approvals. I am waiting for my turn and it is very stressful, mine is August 21st and I hope to celebrate with all of you! Best of luck to the rest.....GO AUGUST GOOOOOOOOOOO......

Just found this forum after I noticed my husbands case had been transferred today and I wondered what that meant. Seems like good news after scrolling through this thread. Any idea how long it takes hard copies to arrive abroad? I'm in Argentina and have been here for 6 long years with my husband and son. And I'm getting really excited to finally come home :D

Also I got my first notification 8-12

It means somebody is working on your case right now.

You MAY get an approval in the next 5 business days.

For some others who have gotten this text/email, there was no change.

Do you know if you were transferred to California ?

Because I am 99% confident that your file was transferred to CSC.

That's what I was thinking too...but im glad for me, you and everyone that's not the case! Hopefully Monday we start over again with a crapload of transfers!!!! Good luck :)

3/7/14: Email that case number and IIN assigned, DS 261 and AOS fee available to pay

3/14/14: JUST seen the email because I wasn't expecting it so soon. Paid AOS FEE & filed ds 261

3/21/14: AOS paid, cover sheet printed

4/28/14: AOS sent

4/28/14: IV paid

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol

I think 129f is not the issue.

They are holding my case at NBC because of my pending expidite request.

Officer is already signed for my request but he is taking too much time to make a decision..
