Come on Eastyo...you know..they just set it on the window sill and the pigeons bring it where ever they want to go!

btw..i still got NOTHIN!

Pigeons can fly at a sustained speed of about 50 MPH over long distances, and do short stints of about 60 MPH. If the pigeons were bringing it, it would have been there already. :P

We received a transfer notice last night on 6 February. My wife is thrilled and so am I! At least something is happening. Our email stated only that "we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing."

I just called USCIS and made a service request to find out why they skipped my case?

I think it's not becasue of my 129f filled on November.

But they skipped coz of my pending expidite request.

Bad time in my life start now. crying.gifph34r.png

Thank you...and you will! My pd being 8/2 I didn't think itd ever happen. It happened when I stopped looking actually...also, I got my text at like 10:30 at night so I was REALLY not expecting that so late. Like I said before, I almost dropped my phone. We got this. And maybe since we were wrong about the transfer days etc, you'll go today?? Good luck!!

Don't think that. Im not sure and someone else can answer better but do they pull petitions out of line for expedite?? I didn't file an expedite yet because who'd have thought that they WOULDNT send me the paper work to file it in the first place! Good luck..you guys will all go through soon...took me what? 2 weeks beyond everyone else when I had almost the earliest pd??

hi, i was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this- i am filing taxes for the first time as a married USC but hubsters in Scotland and has no social security- do i even say i am married on the form? it is asking for his SS when i say i am married. mmm
