3/7/14: Email that case number and IIN assigned, DS 261 and AOS fee available to pay

3/14/14: JUST seen the email because I wasn't expecting it so soon. Paid AOS FEE & filed ds 261

3/21/14: AOS paid, cover sheet printed

4/28/14: AOS sent

4/28/14: IV paid

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol

thanks..im so excited..i just got such crappy news from my doctor about him transferring me to another and I was so upset and then I got the text..funny thing is...both petitions say theyre transferred and I just got the email and text for the 129f. now I pray for csc!

Hi everyone. I got my third email today, but the first two definitely mentioned "local office", but the third one says the following:

"The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office."

Is this normal?

K-3 visa (most likely IR1/CR1 visa) (embassy: Warsaw, Poland)

02/03/2014 I-130 and I-129F transferred to CSC

02/26/2014 I-130 and I-129F approved (!)

Yes. The text was actually not meant to be related to OUR "workload transfer".

Its just someone wroteup for other transfers - and they send it out whenever they "touch" our files in relation to OUR transfer to our service center.

Stupid innit ?

However, the timing of the third text/email is important - simply because it means USCIS put out a letter addressed to you (the petitioner) stating the location of the service center where it was transferred to.

You'll get it in less than 5 business days if in continental united states.

You're done with the NBC !!

Now onto Texas OR California.

Hope you land CSC !!
