I just received the email that our case was finally transferred. Thats good news.

PD 8/12

hey hey, we got our transfer too!

On February 6, 2014, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office with the primary intention of giving you false hope.

But hey, false hope is good enough. Now to continue enjoying this Australian summer in the hope I'll be back in the PNW for next ski season!

I just got my 3rd email!!! YAY hopefully this means something good is coming soon!

They send the 3rd email when they've given your "super-duper-extra-special" transfer letter to USPS for delivery.

Fingers crossed !

I was an August PD and was transferred to TSC on the 28th of Jan.. Not all are going to CSC.

Added you to the transfer sheet.

Hi I am an August filer for my husband and sons. We all reside in Canada. My PD is August 29th if I can be added to the timeline. Our petitions are of course at NBC will they transfer even though I am an American born abroad and we are all residing in Canada? Thanks for any insight.

Yes I am.

Congratulations on the transfer.

I am not so happy about the 50-50 split between TSC and CSC so far.

Not good sad.png

Its taking 60-75 days for TSC in some cases.
