i130 Approved!

It took a while since the transfer compared to the others with the same PD. Was wondering what happened. Am glad this is out of the way now.

Am sure everyone is going to get their transfers and approvals soon. Keep the faith guys!

Awesome news! Congrats!!

I just called again this morning and left my name and phone number for a tier 2 to call me back. Lets see if that actually happens! Now I want to know where my case has gone!

I've never posted anything to this blog since my beneficiary is my mother, but have been following your posts daily. Wealth of information and encouragement from all of you guys.... I am so happy to finally see no tonly transfers but also approvals for August I-130 filers! My PD is coming up (08/29) and your posts have made me breathe a little easier last few days.....

NVC received: 04/07/2014

looks like no transfer for me tonight sad.png

They do them once a week (if there's a snowstorm or a holiday).

Maybe twice - but they end up processing the same volume (either they have one HUGE transfer day OR they do two smaller ones)

Based on what we've seen for july, I think these are the balance of the "transfer days" for the rest of the month.

2/10 OR 2/11 (hopefully both)

so i just got my call back and she said that she can't tell where it was sent only that it was sent out on the 3rd. She said once its received at the next office it will show in their system where my case is.

So how did you guys who called find out when yesterday and today they are telling me they can't tell where it went until its been received at the next office?

Same for me. My husband called and they said they have no clue where the 130 and 129f forms went to. I guess we will find out only next week when hard copies of notices will be received.

K-3 visa (most likely IR1/CR1 visa) (embassy: Warsaw, Poland)

Perhaps I am reading the wrong, but why does the VJ site say CSC is one of the worst centres for processing?

Thanks! I've been lurking here since day one. You guys have helped keep me sane.

Luckily i'm living together with my husband in Brazil during this process and we've been here together for 8 years already, so we don't have quite as urgent of a situation as others. I really admire and feel for the people who are waiting this time out separated from their significant others.

Also, thank you so much those who are compiling the timeline document. It is by far the most transparent metric we have for estimating the length of this process.

Calling them has been quite useless for me. Never gave any information other than what is on the USCIS website. And if you ask them processing timeframe post transfer, they give the usual spiel of 6-60 days.
