I have received nothing in any form. Everytime I check my case status, I check both numbers for the 130 and 129f. Everytime it says the same. The 130 says your case can not be found at this time, and the 129f says on Sept 3rd your alien receipt number was changed....or however that generic message goes.

and when I call, they said they have both and that it can take a while, generic bs as usual. I have no answers. I was even willing to accept an RFE at this point, but don't I even get transferred before I can get an RFE? lol

Is there anything that would cause a red flag apart from the other i129F? previous marrage etc?

I believe nightingale in that Lisa's probably already transferred.

There really has to be a way to get that receipt number.

How could there possibly be no receipt number in the system ?

@Lisa, if you did not have a NOA1 for the i-130, how do you know its in the system ?

Do you know why the processing timings at visajourney.com jumpts back and forth ? my spouse's visa processing time (California) jumped from April 29 to May 17, then back to March 13. :( . Is this the way immigration centers jumble ?

Congratulations "August' Already you started moving pretty fast:) hopefully to CSC:) Good luck

Im sure previous marriage is not a problem in itself.

But i suggest the problem could be missing signature, missing registration of the document, even some missing stamp and usually these 'little things' are the subject of RFE.

I can almost guarantee theres no error...it was gone over a thousand times between myself my husband and my lawyer. And there's no previous marriage for us and no children for him...except the one who currently has his foot in my ribcage :)

Someone else here had a "case can not be found" also.

Correct me if im wrong....I said this before...wouldnt I be transferred first THEN get an rfe if I was going to?

Only thing that makes sense is what tier 2 said...some will be processed at nbc and not transferred at all. But why would we not see ANY of that out of all of us?! Grrr

Well, maybe (just maybe) they've transferred you (if, indeed, they are telling the truth when they say they have both) and will realize when they scan it in at the destination service centre that it wasn't properly scanned in the first time (explaining why you can't see it in the system now). So maybe it will suddenly appear in the system when it gets to the new service centre, and you'll get a super-fast approval after that!

I hope that's what happens, anyway. I'm pulling for you! *hugs*

They also said some cases NEVER get entered into the system...BUT, my 129f IS in the system and wouldve also changed.

Yes, sure u get an RFE after transfer.

I cant understand the logic of transfers (I tried but i felt too stupid for this:)) and gave up). Now i think that OverlPark wont start working before April , and we see LeeSummit approved some cases already, so, perhaps Tier2 said this for these cases originally accepted in LeeSummit.

And Good Luck:)

Sorry. We misunderstood. sad.png

What you could do is to email the service centers with your receipt number in 15 days and see if you have been transferred.

Maybe start with TSC and CSC because it doesn't look like NSC is getting August.

I hope they don't make you wait 9 months without any transfer notices or nothing.

Unless, you are about to get a transfer notice in the mail shortly if you were transferred with the rest of the crew from your PD date (02/03)

Fingers crossed.

Inbox me and tell me how to do all of this...please? lol

Im clueless...I called tier 2 and gave both numbers and they looked at both cases and said the same crapola! And also, they told me two bogus things. 1. 129f could take 8 months...well gee...guess they better change it on their website then! and 2. she was SUPPOSED TO send me expedite request forms and I never got a damn thing. Glad im not sitting around holding my breath!

wait...I apply for a service request on their website right? And the reason I put is uscis error? I remember seeing something like that. are you saying this because its past the 5 months?
