wow, that really sucks... sad.png looks like i would be in line for this weeks transfer... sad.png please open, i miss my wife!

I don't think they're going to transfer the rest of the week based on trends we've seen.

Expect another blizzard (pun intended) of transfers on 2/10 or 2/11

We will also lose a working day across all service centers on 2/17

:(

Got transferred on 3 February!!!

My 130 notice of action is dated 20 August , but the NBC received it and entered into the system on 12 August.

My 129f is dated 6 September, but no news yet about this one

Added to the sheet.

Please let us know on here when and where you transfer to (when you get it in snail mail).

Surely they have to speed up, otherwise the ones that went direct to the centres will be on a 9-10 month wait.... Its like they are in a spin and they just cant get out of it!

I bet they do one more transfer this week....

Are there any VJ August filers BEFORE the 12th August that have NOT been transferred?

We're waiting on LisaYMig.

Ok so LisaYMig is the only one? So they are not doing what they did in July and missing larger chunks of petitions?

You will most likely be forced onto the CR1/IR1 path. What's been happening is that the two petitions are matched up and approved together at USCIS, but at NVC they chuck out the I-129F. I know there are some members very strongly interested in pursuing the K3 and they have expressed their preference to USCIS, but there's no movement yet to see whether they'll be allowed to go that route.

As for how long it'll take to get through the rest of the process, it depends a lot on your embassy and how quickly they're getting people in for interviews. NVC will probably take you 2-3 months, so you can look at other filers with your embassy to see what the wait might be like after case complete.

I'm trying to think out of the box

Have you tried entering your i-129 F receipt number on the check my case status website ? In lieu of a i-130 receipt number which prevents you from entering it on that page and finding out, how else can you find out what happened to that petition

Did you get any notification emails in your inbox/spam ?

I have received nothing in any form. Everytime I check my case status, I check both numbers for the 130 and 129f. Everytime it says the same. The 130 says your case can not be found at this time, and the 129f says on Sept 3rd your alien receipt number was changed....or however that generic message goes.

and when I call, they said they have both and that it can take a while, generic bs as usual. I have no answers. I was even willing to accept an RFE at this point, but don't I even get transferred before I can get an RFE? lol

Well, maybe (just maybe) they've transferred you (if, indeed, they are telling the truth when they say they have both) and will realize when they scan it in at the destination service centre that it wasn't properly scanned in the first time (explaining why you can't see it in the system now). So maybe it will suddenly appear in the system when it gets to the new service centre, and you'll get a super-fast approval after that!

I hope that's what happens, anyway. I'm pulling for you! *hugs*
