I got transferred today as well...MSC1391632xxx.

I haven't been following the thread so closely but people seem happy, so I guess this is a good thing.

Also, congratulations to those who got approvals.

Your file will be presented to an adjudication officer who will approve your case or request more evidence.

The officer may take a further 7-60 days depending on what you get sent to and the complexity of your case.

It is a "good thing" in the sense that you are no longer waiting in a much longer line.

You can view the progress of all filers from the last 6 months here:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/470656-monthly-transfer-spreadsheets-in-order/

We have added you to "our" month = August filers

I dont know why but I have this feeling that today was one of their "bigger" transfer days.

I am guessing (and I pray that I am wrong) that those lazy a****s are not going to transfer any till next monday.

Remember last week, they transferred few - and they did that over two days.

That was the opposite of today.

Do you know what I mean ?

I guess we can only wait and see..... They have to start getting quicker really, especially if it is all about fudging processing time numbers. What they don't want is to create a huge backlog in the centres of all the petitions from September/October - February that went direct. So they need to clear this or they just create this huge mess again in a cycle...

..... However, that is on the presumption that they actually care!

I am sure we will start to see some most days now.

Form the transfer sheet it looks like they are up to the 12th August..... not to bad but we really need a big push...

Also is CSC the best still, i read that they are now slow and TSC is the one?. Of course NSC is by far the worst...

CSC is doing it in 15 days with a few exceptions (no joke)

TSC is doing it in 30+/- 10 days -- OR -- if you're super lucky 60+ days for no goshdarn reason.

I am trying to not reference the service center whose shall not be named.

If you acknowledge it, it will keep coming back biggrin.png

Like that bald guy from the Harry Potter movies or something

LOL, love the reference!

I think its to early to look for a pattern, but i hope one develops for CSC!. Plus I also hope they don't leave people out and mess people up like they did for March-May. Some people are having 11month approvals from those filing dates

so how long does it take for the letter to come in the mail for us to see where we are transferred? Can we expect it by the end of the week or does it take longer than that to process and mail the notice?

I think the applicant can call and ask already now. You should allow one week for the letter to reach you.

I have a question: if 130 is approved and I was on the k-3 visa path but heard nothing about 129f, what would happen?

K-3 visa (most likely IR1/CR1 visa) (embassy: Warsaw, Poland)
