I did this +1 -1 check close to my number(s)--- I never thought of doing it before - and it made me MORE frustrated I see cases FINISHED in the same numbers as my recept #'s most are other types ie work or travel but there are similar applications done ARGH!!!

I am a Aug filer and you can add my numbers to the mix too if you want to- I am petitioning for my wife and stepdaughter and those numbers are with a PD of Aug 20th and they are

getting closer-- has made this MORE of an obsession --

Mine is MSC1391728xxx so not too far behind you will update the thread when I hear anything

you can get a passport in 2 days if you need to! you'll have to make an appointment and go to the office with all you paperwork and plane tickets!!!

An expedite will get it for you in 2 weeks also. An extra 60$ fee and 12.5$ overnight service!!!

Lisa y Miguel you can get a passport pretty quickly. When I expedited my kids (we still did it via mail but expedited) we sent it in on monday and had the passports in our hands that friday (used overnight shipping both ways). the bigger issue is you need the birth certificate to get the passport. when my boys were born, the state of PA took 4 weeks to mail us the birth certificates, not sure if/how you can expedite getting the birth certificate!

Hmmmm..I don't remember it taking long with my girls. But I will ask someone in CT that just recently had a baby and see what they say. My girls are 20 and 13...I can barely remember what happened yesterday hahahahaha

Nothing yet ... although they supposedly don't transfer for another hour or so ..... sad.png

I wish these things were a little bit more predictable so I dont feel so darn bipolar and anxious all the time

Don't I know it! I especially hate the fact that everyone bypassed me, and every day im like...this gotta be my day! then,,,,its not lol

I-129f RECEIVED: 8/21/13

I-130 & I-129f: TRANSFERRED TO CSC 2/7/14

I-130 & I-129f: APPROVED 2/20/14

NVC:

3/4/14: NVC Case Received

3/7/14: Email that case number and IIN assigned, DS 261 and AOS fee available to pay

3/14/14: JUST seen the email because I wasn't expecting it so soon. Paid AOS FEE & filed ds 261

3/21/14: AOS paid, cover sheet printed

4/28/14: AOS sent

4/28/14: IV paid

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol

I really hope that they are not trying to adjudicate them locally with new/untrained staff. Don't want to be a guinea pig right now. Especially considering how well CSC is handling their adjudications.

I know, this is crazy, zero transfers. What is crazy is that we are all waiting for transfers as if they are approvals! I guess anything to show USCIS is looking at our case!....

In 25 days we qualify for DCF in the UK, a route that i think we are going to take, I am wondering if we are going to be the ones that end up getting screwed like the April/May filers!

So something is happening...... something...... not August transfers, why after 7pm ET?

it seems like they have "somebody" entering all the transfer data at once.

We've seen the same pattern in April, May, June and July threads.

it is usualy 6 or 7 pm before you see any transfers.

Just hold tight!!!
