I think it may be a possibility - I read something on the April or May thread about their petition being transferred back from NSC to NBC... so maybe they're going to actually start processing petitions at NBC now!

I wish it was true.. I prefer approvals rather transferring here n there. Pls NBC start adjudicating petitions

None of the May / April were back transferred....

Also, there is hardly any hope that NBC will process standalone I-130 petitions. If any hope is there it is on OVERLAND PARK.

A july filer got approval yesterday. I need transfers or approvals badly for august filers.

I HIGHLY doubt that Adjudications Division 8 - a part of Overland Park which was supposed to be ready Sep 2013 will be ready anytime before Sep 2014.

They put out an advert that was circulated on internal DHS forums about hiring contractors for this Division 8.

However, counting for ready-time, this means hiring, training and full-on adjudication will take at least 1 whole year.

Or else we will end up in a situation like Nebraska or Texas.

Its what they call a "shovel ready" project.

Adjudication ready will take longer.

This is the federal government we are dealing with.

I can't remember the last time Washington did something it promised.

Oh wait. DACA.. but nevermind... that wasn't for us taxpaying hardworking folk.

You're right - I checked and it was Rdz's in June. Someone else mentioned that they saw a similar posting from April, and that's what I remembered.

Someone from August 6 PD just got approved after 7 days of being transferred at CSC.

Are they on this forum ?

So it seems that they are doing transfers perhaps once a week now, and not very many. However i did also see some people had been transferred BACK to NBC?
