Check out this website and chill out star_smile.gif :

Good luck! Fingers crossed!

Important Notice:

When both petitions have been approved by USCIS and sent to the NVC or when USCIS approves the I-130 before the I-129F, the availability of, as well as the need for, a nonimmigrant K-3 visa ends. If the NVC receives both an approved I-130 petition and an approved I-129F petition:

  • The nonimmigrant K-3 visa case will be administratively closed.
  • The application process explained below will not be available to the foreign-citizen spouse and cannot be used.
  • The NVC will contact the U.S. citizen sponsor and foreign-citizen spouse, with instructions for processing the IR-1 (or CR-1) immigrant visa.

Oh sweety thank you..but Ive read this page about a thousand times lol

its not the exact process we're talking about. We're talking about the fact that my priority date for my 130 is 8/2. with a 160 number...which they've already way way way bypassed as you see theyre on 163 ( yes I see you were also skipped.)

However, my 129f has a pd of 8/21 and a 173 number. My thought is that I wont get a transfer until they get to THAT number because the two petitions when filed are merged together. I don't know if ive explained it well enough, but I hope you understand now lol dancin5hr.gif

Jesus christ i meant to say transfer .. sorry folks i have been doing that too many times now..

it will take us all 6 months to transfer ( no matter how they transfer, i HIGHLY doubt that they will not transfer y'all by the time you hit your 6 month mark).

Based on what ive seen for every filer since July, and if you look at trends from early august, they are transferring at between 1-10 days before your 6 month mark.

Check it out if you dont believe me.

~~~~~~~
After that, if youre not indian/mena/other high risk, approvals should be in 15-20 days at the CSC.
The rest wait 2 months - although Texas is doing better than Nebraska.
UGH...DR is SUCH a high risk country....strike two lmfao
~~~~~~~

That brings us upto 8 months TO the NVC + 2 months AT the NVC (assuming y'all have everything else ready to be fired off to the nVC) = 10 months to USCON/USEM

Plus 2 months till the date your IR1/CR1 is stamped and you're ready to jet out.

~~~~~~~
So, thanks to Barry Obama,
12 months overall and 14 months worst case.
friggin Barry! rofl.gif
Well if what you're saying is true... And our date for our 129f is 27 Jan... You think they'd do the same thing to our petitions? Doesn't make sense to :( I think someone else in the same situation as me already discussed this with you, sorry to repeat!
So I'm hoping it's not true :) I don't believe it's true... Once again, fingers crossed.
Man, I dunno how you're doing this while you're pregnant. You should get automatic priority or something. Well that's what I would want!
Good luck to you and your family! It seriously won't be long now :)
Well I understand not having priority..they didn't tell ya to hop in bed...(just using what they would use lol)
But like I said..i don't know facts...there really ARE NO FACTS lol...but from whats happening, and what I am reading on here, when the 129f is filed after the 130..the 130 is pulled out of place in line and put in the place in line with the 129f. Im hoping its not also...and everything I can possibly cross is crossed...I think by now my unborn child even has his fingers crossed! hahaha
Good luck to you also :)
