I am more worry than you coz your both date is so close to each other.

My 129f date is way behind in November,2013.

:(

God only knows honey....I am truly thinking that the case is, that our 130 pd gets tossed aside and burnt when the 129f goes in and that we're forced to go by the PD for the 129f. But that's definitely not a fact. Since I've definitely been skipped, because my number is 160, and my pd is 8/2, that's just my opinion.

That's a very fair estimate, and a good timeline to be prepared for.

Its just so hard to gauge when the processing has no idenitfiable methodology, for example they are supposed to process "in the order they get them" however, we know that is #######

It also depends on...

a) The country of your passport

b) The consulate you will have an interview at

I think we have to get accustomed to waiting 6 months to an approval.

That's the bottomline of USCIS trends.

Jesus christ i meant to say transfer .. sorry folks i have been doing that too many times now..

it will take us all 6 months to transfer ( no matter how they transfer, i HIGHLY doubt that they will not transfer y'all by the time you hit your 6 month mark).

Based on what ive seen for every filer since July, and if you look at trends from early august, they are transferring at between 1-10 days before your 6 month mark.

Check it out if you dont believe me.

~~~~~~~
After that, if youre not indian/mena/other high risk, approvals should be in 15-20 days at the CSC.
The rest wait 2 months - although Texas is doing better than Nebraska.
~~~~~~~

That brings us upto 8 months TO the NVC + 2 months AT the NVC (assuming y'all have everything else ready to be fired off to the nVC) = 10 months to USCON/USEM

Plus 2 months till the date your IR1/CR1 is stamped and you're ready to jet out.

~~~~~~~
So, thanks to Barry Obama,
12 months overall and 14 months worst case.
well if its 12-14 months, I can deal with that (i just wish we had an accurate timeline from the govt)....honestly I am mentally preparing myself to not have my hubby here until Christmas. If he comes sometime before Thanksgiving that would be amazing!!
I'm of the same mindset and am even mentally ready for January or February (September filer here). You have to set the bar low and then can get excited if it's a shorter wait. At least that's my philosophy regarding the process.
I don't know...I have a feeling that might delay it even longer too. This late in the game im gonna leave it alone.
my pd is 8/2 for my 130...but 8/21 for my 129f....im just hoping they don't wait til my 129f number cuz that's waaaay outta the way.
Possibly....I remain with hope. But ..very little lol
Check out this website and chill out star_smile.gif :
Good luck! Fingers crossed!
Important Notice:
When both petitions have been approved by USCIS and sent to the NVC or when USCIS approves the I-130 before the I-129F, the availability of, as well as the need for, a nonimmigrant K-3 visa ends. If the NVC receives both an approved I-130 petition and an approved I-129F petition:
  • The nonimmigrant K-3 visa case will be administratively closed.
  • The application process explained below will not be available to the foreign-citizen spouse and cannot be used.
  • The NVC will contact the U.S. citizen sponsor and foreign-citizen spouse, with instructions for processing the IR-1 (or CR-1) immigrant visa.
We got skipped I guess, but hopefully they'll come back soon. We are MSC13916314xx Aug 6.
Nice.
This is a random batch that was -transferred- today. The ones in the vicinity (that are not transferred) are marked August 7th.
MSC1391631825
MSC1391631822
MSC1391631820
MSC1391631819
MSC1391631809
This is so utterly incredibly confusing !!!!!!
I think Aditya is right, well at least statistically.
May, June and July have all been transferred so surely we are up next. I can almost smell our transfer...
