I sent AOS / IV packet on April 28th and they have received it on April 30th. If there is a check list, how do we receive it ? do they notify to the email or should I keep calling NVC ? Do you know how many weeks are still there for us to wait for the interview date ?

I know!! Can you believe how far we have gone! almost done! Now we can just help people the right way without being rude!

He's here..but no video games yet...i still have years of cuddling before he's ignoring me for the current game phase! lol

You will be notified by email if youre checklisted..(i also believe snail mail too...not positive with that)...after aos and iv are received you have 20/30 days for them to give you a case complete and then 2-4 weeks (count on 4) to receive your interview DATE...then you wait for your interview...so you still have a ways to go. But it seems much shorter because youre more busy doing the next steps and shorter times in between steps...if that makes sense lol

You are super lucky!!!

No problem..but like you said...super lucky. Count on weeks at least. Because like I said.....my quickness was a mystery that no one has solved lol Good luck :) Your in the home stretch!

They keep opening service requests and not mention whats going on.... We even did expedite based on my wife pregnancy/miscarriage it was denied. Congressional inquiry came up with background security checks and no update after that. Both of us have clean records but I'm not sure whats going on.... All I can think is maybe my common name is delaying the process, Idk.

I'm out of hope!

I called last week like 5 times and I only spoke with a machine .. And it says I need to wait 6 months before asking for an update on my case.. But something tells me there must be something wrong cus my sister is the same date as me and she got approved right away on tsc

Is there any way I can call tsc? Or speak to a real person instead of a machine?

you need to call National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 . Follow the instructions from the automated service then you will be asked to talk to a representative when you do so tell them you want to speak with a tier 1 to get things straighten out.

You cannot call directly TSC
