at NVC, I got the invoice on 4/16, I paid the first fee immediately ($88). My bank cleared the payment on 4/18 (Friday), but as of today (Tuesday morning), NVC payment status still shows 'IN PROGRESS'. Once it is 'PAID' status only, I can pay the 2nd fee. I see many of you get the 'Paid' status within a day or two.. do I need to call NVC for this ?

We e-mailed CSC couple of time and received this response yesterday. Did anyone have this experience before, what exactly is going on?
