NOA1 - 08/11/14 hard copy

Transfer Notice to CSC - 02/13/14 email

RFE - 02/25/14 email Sent Church Marriage Certificate instead of Provincial (mailed right one back same day)

NOA2 - 03/06/14 email APPROVED!

Yay!

To all who haven't received yet, keep hope!

What's next? Any timeline guestimates?

I got RFE for bonafide marraige......My file is at TSC....can you please tell me how long does it take for apporval....too much worried....

What did they ask for? Proof of bonafide marriage? If so, did you submit any proofs with the initial submission of i130? What did you submit after you received RFE?

From what I have been reading, it takes about a week or two to approve.

My RFE for the correct Marriage Certificate it was 3 days after receipt by CSC that it was approved. Hold onto hope!

This is weird, this morning I received an email saying that my I-130 was approved and just now I got an email for a RFE for the I-129F...should I just ignore the RFE? I thought they would stop working on the I-129F once the I-130 is approved. I'm confused....

09/03/2013 NOA1 in mail (PD 08/30 NBC) 04/18/2014 Case # and INN assigned

10/07/2013 A-Number was changed 04/21/2014 DS-261 submitted

02/24/2014 Transfer to CSC 04/28/2014 AOS & IV bill invoiced and paid

03/06/2014 I-130 approved! NOA2 04/30/2014 AOS & IV show 'paid'

04/30/2014 DS-260 submitted
