Looking at Igor's List it looks like USCIS is trying to clean up a bunch of the old files... and since VJ's data gathering doesn't really catch up with transfers very well, that may be affecting CSC, which might be why there are August people waiting now. Try not to get too stressed out about it and remember that those people have been waiting even longer than us for their approvals!

lol..you misunderstood...I know WHEN I have to do it..just wondering if I can do it INSTEAD of him? Like, does it HAVE TO be him that does it....internet in DR is few and far between lol

Yeah, I think I got mine about 2 weeks ago, but I dont know the exact date (I wasn't checking the site every day, and I still haven't received a hard copy). I also don't know which center I got sent to.
