Sorry, new to this. What's the spreadsheet all about? I'm an 8/15 submitter, should I be adding my stats to that workbook for tracking?

I don't see why it should matter. I am going to be in India from April end until mid June so I might be in the same boat depending on when things move with our petitions. I think the harder thing is that if I (or you) are in India do you have access to the information/documents you need to send them in ASAP while overseas rather than waiting to come back to the US.

I mean that plan would be of course to take my documentation with me, I believe it's just some tax return papers, some pay stubs. I'm sure I can make copies of that or at least have everything signed and ready and someone in the US can always mail it out for me?

I'm just trying to figure out the best way to do that.

It should read....

"The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred somewhere and is probably going to be processed at a USCIS office. You will be perhaps notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. We will also tell you we will take action in 60 days, however please ignore this as it is #######. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. Oh, and thanks for your cash, we spent it on new chairs with a recline function to help us sleep during the day when we should be adjudicating your petitions.

Yup...pretty much lol

What the hell! Why was there a bunch of I-130 petitions from November and December approved yesterday in Texas and Nebraska. The time waiting wouldn't even bother me if the applications were processed in the order they were received.

Hi, I am from December - and we had 3 approvals for Filipinos and one *miracle* so far :) not sure about Nov. ( so not a bunch I guess..)

Cheerio!

*fingers crossed for all of you*

December 2013 Spreadsheet

NOA2-8/11/2014

So is it worth it to call and try to find out? DId he just like leave a message and they called him back? If thats the case I wouldn't mind calling but I am in no way, shape or form going to sit on hold for hours to find out!

We just basically try to map which petitions CIS will transfer next --- as well as try to figure the "average time" to approval (post-transfer) based on historical figures.

Hope this helps.

Issue is I got transfrd on FEB 03 first and now it says FEB 05

Reason for this pls

Its not march/holi yet.

And you have bhaang in your system.

J/K. biggrin.png

It doesn't matter what the timestamp on the "touch" is, all that matters is the transfer service center that has been assigned to you.

Its stated on the piece of snail mail sent to you (that will get to your USC spouse in about 5 days).

You will get an approval from there between 7-60 days - and based on trends for August, we know its either going to be CSC or TSC.

Luckily for us, they are pushing TSC to adjudicate faster.

fingers crossed....

Okay i have a couple of questions not sure if its the right place to post ,but i can`t find clear answer to most questions :( and since we are all August filers here i thought maybe you guys could help .

So do i need my Police Records for the NVC stage or the interview ? it seems to me like i need it for the Interview but i read that i need it for the NVC stage aswell ? i have no clue how long the Moroccan certificate is valid for ...and since i have duel citizenship and two different names I'm not sure if will get in trouble for that,my husband did mention that i have 2 different names in a letter while applying for the I130, in Morocco my name is I.Larini while in my German papers its Nadja.I Larini ,story was that my parents had to chose an extra name at the German Embassy to register my birth cause they could not tell if i was a female or male from my name???headbonk.gif Anyways my Passport and Birth certificate will have my German name on it and all other documents but my Police certificate will have the Moroccan one,i thought I'll just bring all my papers and let them decide :(

Also while looking at our I130 for Errors we did find a few mistakes ...my husband left some answers Blank instead of N/A and he also left questions 22. all blank and now we know that we should put in the Embassy that i will have my interview at in that section .

My last question is do we send a letter to the CSC with an updated I130 or just wait for an RFE ? i have been told just to wait for an RFE but when my husband called and asked they said to send a letter in but that was when it was a the NBC now its at the CSC hmm ,also my husband will be visiting me in 2 weeks for 10 days that should not be a problem right? i assume nothing will happen meanwhile and it will take a over a month just to get to the NVC ?

Sorry about all these questions ,but I'm quite lost with all the different answers .

Thank you all for being so supportive and helpful ,not sure what i would do without VJ !
