Nothing but the usual "your case cannot be found at this time" bullcrapola!

No No

You may be getting transferred ( I know about the case # not being in their system).

There is unfortunately no datarecord on this site of petitioners delayed because of the 129F.

I have seen two filers one from June and another from July whose i-130 had been held till the processing order went to the i-129F.

It looks like NSC and TSC are starting to pick up, however this seems to really only be effecting June/July filers...

Although, I have seen cases (see links below) where irrespective of whether the I-129f was filed immediately after I-130 or several months later, their I-130 was transferred along with other 'non-K3' filers (as seen in their respective monthly transfer spreadsheets). However, their I-129f was transferred along with their I-130 and was cancelled as soon as the I-130 was approved.

I am just not sure if these cases are exceptions or norms.

Few cases with K3 petitions:

my pd is 8/2 for my 130...but 8/21 for my 129f....im just hoping they don't wait til my 129f number cuz that's waaaay outta the way.

Where were you transferred to? Some (TSC/NSC) take the full 60 days, if not a bit more. CSC can be a lot less.

Mine was transferred to CSC, and yes, it was quicker to be approved than I expected.

It depends mate.

If its CSC, there are a few cases that are taking over 40 days - but mostly much less than that

TSC RECENTLY is doing 25 day approvals.

NSC is the worst. 60 days+ is a given.

Good luck !

Yes it depends, and thy was my point.

The hard copy doesn't say how long it takes, but just says to contact them after 60days.

Hi guys!!

I checked status of our case today and it says that it was transfered on 1/28/14. We didnt get any e-mails yet and since we are in Russia we'll have to wait pretty long till we get our hard copy. And I have a friend her priority date was just like mine (and she got two e-mails - one says her case was transfered on 1/27/14 and another one says it was transfered on 1/28/14....

Just want to share this information with you )))) I'm getting excited )))
