I think Orlando Miller sounds good.

I've always wanted to change my last name to Hawk. I still may, so don't steal it!

I say change yer entire name to 'Vin Diesel' , dropping the 'Orlando' bits altogether.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I think a shorter last name would go better with Orlando (since it is multi syllabic ) like

Orlando Adams

Orlando Reed

Orlando Evans

Orlando hill

Orlando Greene

Orlando Clarke

That's my suggestions

10/14/2000 - Met Aboard a Cruise ship

06/14/2003 - Married Savona Italy

I-130

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

You're right, doesn't mean it doesn't sound good smile.png Just what it reminds me of. I actually quite like the flow.

Otherwise I agree with christeens suggestions that a shorter last name would sound good too. Are you keeping a middle name?

I also kind of agree that some of these names are too boring sounding... too average. Have you considered a last name common in other countries but less common here? Like my sister's husbands last name is a German last name. It's definitely not a "Jones" or "Smith" last name. Have you tried a random name generator? Have you considered combining 2 names or a few names that you like?

Let's assume that I choose to change my name on the application for citizenship

My current name is Orlando, but I have a hispanic last name

Let's say change my last name to Bloom, then I would be Orlando Bloom like the actor

is this legal?

Not only is it legal, is it perfectly normal.

I think you should take suggestions is an open forum. After three days you must change your name to the one that has been posted the most.

I'll start:

Orlando Shaw
