finally had our approval after 80 days. k1 filer under CSC! to those who are waiting just keep your faith and yours will be next. its definitely worth the wait.

May 15, 2013 - Sent I-129F packet

May 17, 2013 - Recieved Date

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online

Congratz! Wow, that was quick!

In a week or so, you can start calling the NVC in order to get your MNL case number. Once you have your MNL case number, you can pay the visa application fee at BPI, then schedule your interview appointment, then complete the medical.

can i finish first the medical before the interview schedule? can i schedule it a month after the medical since i have to do other things like file resignation and the others. thanks in advance for the replies and thank you all again.

[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

Yes, you can complete your medical before you schedule your interview appointment. Use your MNL case number to be admitted into St. Luke's for your medical.

You can schedule your interview a month after your medical if you want to. Just keep in mind that your visa is valid for about six months from the date of your medical.

Also, your I-129F petition is valid for four months from it's approval date. If needed, you can email the Embassy and get it extended four more months. You can extend it a couple of times.
