IV Fee Payment and visa payment different?

Hello, my wife have her interview date set on the 26th of august at hcm city. i already paid aos 88$, an iv package 230$ online. is there additional payment for process of visa when interview is succesful?

cuz i read on the gov. page

"What Do I Need to Bring to the Interview

Are there any additional fees to be paid at post?

The immigrant visa application processing fee for each applicant must be paid before his/her visa can be issued. Applicants whose fee has not been paid should be prepared to pay the fee at the interview or the visa cannot be issued even if the interview was otherwise successful. You should contact the Embassy/Consulate to understand what payment methods are acceptable."

aslo on the ds-1200 form they sent

"IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICANT DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
All documents not written in English, or in the official language of the country in which application for a visa is being made, must be accompanied by certified English translations and submitted to the National Visa Center. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator stating that the translation is accurate and the translator is competent to translate.
1. Visa Application Fee:
 For immediate relative and family-based visas: $230/person;
 For employment-based visas: $405/person.
 For other Immigrant visas (I-360 and special IVs): $220/person"

so did i already paid for it ? or is it just a coincedent that both fee is 230$ (IV package/visa fee)?

There is the $165 green card fee after the visa has been issued.

Effective February 1, 2013, all individuals issued Immigrant visas overseas must pay a $165.00 USCIS Immigrant Fee before traveling to the United States. Only prospective adoptive parents whose child(ren) is/are entering the United States under either the Orphan or Hague Process, Iraqi and Afghan special immigrants who were employed by the U.S. government, returning residents, and those issued K visas are exempt from the new fee. You cant pay the fee until she got the visa in hand...

a. you need to register under her name in order to process the payment

b. Alien number is the register number on the visa... (xxxxxxxx) 8 Digits on top right corcern

c. when you register from the site https://elis.uscis.dhs.gov/cislogin/CISControllerAction.do?TAM_OP=login&ERROR_CODE=0x00000000&URL=%2F&AUTHNLEVEL=&OLDSESSION=

d. input is Alien number when you register. just add a digit (0) in front of all 8 digit... like this (A012345678) this will make 10 digits total include A
