ROC AFTER DIVORCE HELP!

Hello everybody,

I got divorced in five months of my arrival to the U.S. Then, I got back to my country due to its impact on me. I've been here for like 2 months and 10 days, I want to go back to America in like one week. I have to remove conditions on my GC. So, it's removing conditions after divorce. I will file the papers alone; I really don't know exactly what doing. I want to do everything properly.

1) Should I fill the section which concerns my ex or leave it blank?

2) Should I send the marriage license along with the divorce papers to them?

3) What about the wedding pics?

4) Should I write a letter explaining my story; how we met til we got divorced, the reasons, etc.

Please explain to me with details every thing I have to send!

Thanks

Divorced or not, you must provide evidence that the marriage was entered into with the intent to start a life together. Since you are divorced, you will need to include a letter detailing what led to that.

All the best

Should I send the marriage license, wedding pics, and fill part 3 which concerns my ex in the form or not?

thanks

I really do not see the need to send a marriage license at this point unless it was never included when you got your GC. But if you like, you can. But I would pictures, bank statements, tax returns, whatever else you can find that shows you were a couple.

I am not sure what part 3 is. Sorry, can't help with that
