Hi all ,

I am applying for an ADP along with my I-130 and I-485. My dad just underwent a big cancer operation and he is completely out of danger. Should I send his reports and get a letter from any doctor from India so to speed up my EAD/ADP documents ?

If your travel is urgent, once you have proof of filing AOS, make an infopass appointment, bring along the doctors letters, and ask for emergency AP.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

You don't need to show any proof of anything to get a regular AP. It is routinely approved for people with AOS pending. Reread the instructions.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
