Actually thy never inform me about my file

Whn i contacted my senator did an email after One month thy replied us with the ans tht our file was transferred from NBC to Reno field

Office and after tht my wife took an info pass and the IO thr told her tht thy r working on Dec file and we hav to wait some more 2-3 months. Now its ready completed one month so hope fully thr working on FEB files... My wife will take an info-pass on 22nd August so we will exactly

Nope..Infopass should be made at a local office and since my hubby is from Reno, that's why he made an Infopass appointment in Reno..Our papers was not even transferred at Reno local office

Just open the website www.uscis.gov whr u find take an infopass appoinment on the left side click on it and book your appoinment ... Here is the link

Our petition was stuck at VSC.that's in Vermont and that was September 2011..Some service are catching up right now and the ones used to be a fast service center got slow now..They just change most of the time.

Oh, i'm already done with the NVC stage...My interview date is on September 9, 2013..

Really have no idea what's holding up with our papers before. USCIS can not give you exactly the reason. My husband kept calling USCIS and they always say its still in Initial Review. I was speculating that our papers was just stacked up below all other petitions..

Yeah, i thought that the CR1/IR1 visa will only take a year..But there are few unlucky people who passed that normal timeline, and sad to say, I was one of them

Hey for my case its already been 6 n half months !!! So my case will also take longer time like more thn 1 year ??? Bec i really cant wait to meet my wife n feeling desperating

N i heard tht NVC stage also take 2 n more mnths to complete n aftr tht again 2-3 mnths for visa interview.

No dear my case shows from Aprill-2013 and my wife took info pass in July'13 mid ...

ths is nt true u take an info-pass and aftr tht u r case will be updated aur shows on case status

in your case u cant not access u r case online dnt call thn bec its totally worthless if u r senator/congressman r co-opeative thn email thn thy will inquired avt u r case in detail

Honey I hav an experience n got the sufficient answers frm thm ex: my petution was originally at NBC and we really dnt knw abt tht since 5 mnths aftr we did an email to our state senator and thy told us tht file was transferres from NBC to RENO field office

So take an info pass aur contact u r senator is a best way to get in touch wth u r case according to me
